Our stay was perfect. The location was peaceful, the home had everything we needed and was clean. Most of all Thomas had fantastic communication. We would be more than happy to stay here again on our next adventure.

Perfect spot for a romantic cabin weekend! We booked a fairly last minute trip to spend some time in nature and this cabin ended up being just what we were looking for! The hot tub and fire pit were extra cozy with the string lights overhead and the location was the perfect mix of tucked away enough to feel private, but in a friendly community with easy access to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

My fiancé and I had an amazing stay at this cabin! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending evenings around the fire pit. The only issue we encountered was a tripped breaker, but Thomas and Amanda were incredibly responsive and helped resolve it right away. Their communication and hospitality were greatly appreciated.
The cabin itself was cozy, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful scenery that made our trip even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to return in the future. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—10/10, highly recommend!

The cabin is beautiful! After a day of hiking the trails in mt baker, it was awesome getting to come back and relax and enjoy the hot tub and firepit. Super friendly and helpful hosts, easy check-in, and a great pizza/brewery just up the road! Overall 10/10 experience :)
This cabin was just what I needed for a weekend mountain getaway. Loved the outdoor hot tub, the proximity to Mt Baker, and the cabin itself was so well decorated. Felt modern but cozy. Honestly everything was pretty fantastic. The only kind of annoying thing was that the TV was up so high you had to crank your neck up lol plus that couch swallowed you in lol but honestly wasn’t really there to watch TV so not worth taking any stars off.

Amazing stay, I stayed few nights for my first solo trip I wanted cabin in woods feel and I definitely want to come back here the hot tub is great. The large sofa had a dip I just put a pillow to make it more comfortable. Everything was very clean!

Loved our stay here! It’s a smaller space, but the layout makes it feel open and really comfortable, never cramped.

Husband and I spent a day hitting the slopes at Mt. Baker and knew we needed a cozy little cabin with a hot tub. This place was just that! Tucked into a quiet little neighborhood, with a nicely stocked kitchen, cozy living space and a lovely outdoor area. The decor was very modern and the beds were super comfy. We loved our stay!
Also, if your beer lovers, do not miss the Brewery just a 5 minute drive away. The beers were incredible!
We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this charming little red cabin nestled at the base of Mt. Baker. The setting is peaceful and cozy—perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The host Thomas was very responsive. We had a couple of small hiccups with the WiFi and a TV remote battery, but he handled everything promptly. As a thoughtful gesture, Thomas refunded our 1 hour early check-in fee (USD 25) and a complimentary 1 hour late check-out, which we really appreciated.
The backyard jacuzzi was definitely a highlight—we m enjoyed soaking and unwinding. Although the weather was a bit rainy during our stay, we can easily imagine how lovely it would be to use the fire pit for a cozy bonfire and marshmallows on a clear evening.
Overall, a great experience with a caring host. We would recommend this place to others!

Came here for a winter getaway with friends and felt it was perfect for our group to relax and connect! The hot tub under the trees and the fire pit made us feel like we got the perks of being in nature and cozy with the luxury of being in a warm beautiful cabin. Hope to be back soon!
We enjoyed our stay! It was a convenient location for skiing at Mt. Baker, the hot tub area was really nice and just like the photos, and the house had all the basics we needed. Comfy beds and nice sheets. Only small quibbles were not figuring out how to turn off the hanging lights in the backyard, and some of the messages the host sent were repetitive or not quite accurate (possibly AI supported). The host also offered an hour early check in for a fee, which I have never seen before — usually that is a free courtesy, never expected, but haven’t seen a fee. Still a really nice stay and would stay again!
We had such a lovely stay here. The cabin is about 45 minutes from Mt. Baker and felt super peaceful and private, surrounded by trees. Everything was really clean and cozy, and the amenities were perfect. We cooked our meal there and the kitchen had everything we needed, which made it feel like home plus the variety of board games to keep us entertained.

Great little cabin, came during atmospheric river and no flooding whatever near the property. No snow in the mountains so we weren't able to ski but the cabin was cozy enough to keep us busy and entertained during the weather

Very clean! Bedding smelt great! I’m always worried about musty smelling beds but this place was great. Pretty out in the sticks, we stopped by walmart about an hour away to stock up on groceries. They had an ice tray which was nice! Make sure to bring your own wood and fire starters. The windows have no screen, so be weary! Cute place overall! Comfy couch.

The place is amazing— secluded, peaceful, & close to beautiful nature. The Airbnb is well maintained & comfortable, and they also went the extra mile to respond to our request promptly to take care of the place. Would recommend if it was just a beautiful place, but having a wonderful host makes the place even better.

Amanda and Thomas were very responsive hosts! The place was exactly as described and even though there were neighboring houses, it felt very private. It was very easy to find and instructions were clear. It is a perfect cozy space for 4 people. The hot tube was great- very clean and was all ready to use when we got there. They also have plenty of towels to use for hot tub and for shower.

Bring some sugar, salt and charcoal. Everything else in this place is top notch! Great bang for your buck especially so close to Mount Baker area. Has both AC and Heat so that's a plus. Loved the hot tub and the backyard. I felt like I could have camped in the backyard overnight - it is that pretty and private. The place is 5-10mins drive from two grocery stores and gas stations with convenient access to Silver Lake (15mins) and Artist Point (1 hour). I'd definitely come back if I'd plan a visit again!

We really loved staying in the Red Cabin! It was the perfect location to relax and unwind for a couple of days but also close enough to Bellingham to explore around the shops. We really appreciated having the hot tub and whole space to ourselves and just couldn't get enough of the surrounding nature, you can quickly forget you're not in the middle of nowhere which was perfect! The space is very cozy and comfy -- finally an airbnb with super comfy beds and pillows! And everything was very clean! We also really enjoyed the recommendation for the North Fork Brewery & Pizza, super delicious and very close!

We had a great stay at the cabin and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape at Mount Baker! The only minor issue we had was not getting a response about whether or not there was charcoal available for the grill, and there’s also a lack of storage—there isn’t a closet available, so just be mindful when you’re packing! Neither were detrimental to us but thought worth mentioning. The space was clean and tastefully decorated, the instructions for the hot tub were very clear, the WiFi worked well. No complaints!

Our stay at The Little Red Cabin was amazing! It was ideal for us because it was quiet and relaxing for a weekend getaway. The cabin was hygienic, well prepped, and everything was in order for us to unwind. We loved the hot tub after spending a day exploring. It was so quiet to the point where you could hear a pin drop, surrounded by woods, and so beautiful. The cabin is nestled in a private part of the development which makes it secluded while still easy to reach. Communication with Thomas was incredible as he responded quickly to all messages and was attentive. Overall the stay was exceptional and we're looking forward to booking again.

I enjoyed staying in Thomas’ AirBNB. The home was very clean and cozy. My friends and I really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. The home is small but we had plenty of room for everything we wanted to do. We stayed here on our trip to Mt. Baker Ski resort and it was a 45 min scenic drive.

Thomas was an amazing host. His instructions were clear, he was very friendly, and his response time was very prompt. This place was absolutely stunning. It looked just like the photos. The details are impeccable and the decor created a very cozy vibe. I wanted to whisk my sister in law away for a couple of days to de-stress and relax. This was the perfect place. She’s a working mother of two and she said she left feeling so refreshed and had the best time. The fire pit and hot tub with the warm hanging lights in the back is the perfect vibe. It felt very private and tucked away from other neighbors. The fireplace is wonderful while you enjoy a movie and some wine! Everything was extremely clean and easy to find. I will definitely come back to this space and would recommend it to everyone!

We stayed at Thomas’s place last night and it was magical. The cabin was perfect for an over night stay. The hot tub was a great extra, but the snow was the clincher. The wooded surroundings and snow in front of the fire with a hot chocolate was awesome. We for sure want to stay again.

I had a great time here! Was wishing for a snow as it was a quick getaway from the city with a few girlfriends, but it was still beautiful and cozy without the snow. Definitely recommend. Note that there isn’t a dishwasher.

Cozy cabin was perfect for a few days stay. Beautiful area to see Silver lake or up Hwy 542 to Mt. Shuksan. Thomas and Amanda the hosts, were very responsive to any questions we had. They have quite the gem in this little red cabin. If you stay here you won't be disappointed. It is very well maintained and the yard is cozy with the fire pit and lights in the trees. Just charming!

The house itself was immaculate. It's a great space that manages to have both a cozy and a clean and modern feel at the same time. That's such a hard thing to find. Everything we needed was available for a few days of living and making meals while making day trips to explore the great outdoors.
The hosts themselves were very responsive. I actually booked this at the last minute after we had an issue with another booking. The hosts responded within moments following my first inquiry about availability and continued to be just as responsive.
This was a very easy booking; very communicative and everything was as described. Not difficult to find either. Very quiet area and the hot tub was secluded. Will definitely book again next time I am in the area!

Went up there for a weekend getaway with some friends and had an amazing time. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day, we had a campfire and enjoyed getting away from the cities. Plus it’s so close to silver lake we drove over and had a great time relaxing in the sun. We would absolutely love to come back again, everything was incredible!
Absolutely lovely time! My now husband and I eloped and this was the perfect little spot for the two of us to have the most magical, intimate time of our dreams. Very accommodating when I needed to have my bouquet shipped here and our photographers got some ETHEREAL shots before we headed off to Artist Point. Can't wait to come back and celebrate our first anniversary here!!

$149 clean up fee is excessive for a 1 night stay. Longer stays, maybe. If it was a deposit, i would be okay with it but as a fee? No, when as a guest you find towels in the dryer, take them out, fold them, put them away and then follow house rules ensuring used towels go into the washing machine, with the sheets that were left in the washer for who knows how long. I'm old fashion on this and believe cost such as cleaning should already be factored into your stay costs.
We followed and respected the house rules and guidelines. 100% fair. I would have even taken the trash bin to the curb had I known it was trash collection day since it was almost full.
Red Cabin is clean and picturesque. Great place for an evening chill by the fire pit, cook out, and hot tub. We didn't use the hot tub but it's clean and we'll maintained.

Great place to relax! Very nice set up and we enjoyed our stay, the hosts were very nice and communicated well. Only note I would have is regarding the cleaning fee - we were asked to do our own laundry as part of the check out process, however considering the high cleaning fee I don’t think this should be asked of us. Other than that, it was a lovely place to visit!

The cabin is lovely. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area for our toddler to explore, and enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. It’s a fifty minute drive to Artist’s point on Baker, which we appreciated.

The twinkling lights added a magical touch. Inside, the cabin is stocked with all necessary amenities. Our host was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

The little red cabin was the perfect little getaway! We were only there for one night but I wish we were there for longer. Super comfortable and cozy for our group of 4. A fire and hot tub? Perfect on the chilly night. Thomas and Amanda were so responsive, kind, and made sure we had all the information we needed. I would definitely rebook this as soon as I could!
Took my very pregnant wife here for her birthday for some get away relaxation, and the place was perfect. Highly recommend Acme Diner for excellent food and service, and Northfork Brewery for the pizza.
Had a great stay at Thomas' place. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit were beautiful spaces to spend the evening. The interiors are nicely decorated with modern furnishings. Everything was clean and beds were very comfortable.
I will note it was a bit of a tighter squeeze for four people but works out well if you intend to be out for most of the day. If you plan to cook, I'd suggest bringing a few more supplies. Reminder that there is no dishwasher and while the sink is spacious there is limited counter space.

Nicely decorated and updated cabin! We think it could benefit from an air purifier due to the pet smell. The kitchen trash was full and there was hair left on the floor of the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! Was overall a great stay aside from the details mentioned. Thomas is an excellent host and accommodated us very well.
upon arriving it felt like we drove into a fairy tale. the lights outside of the cabin were enchanting, everything was so picturesque. the inside of the cabin was perfect for the two of us. also, the inside of the cabin was incredibly clean including the bedding (which let’s be honest, can be a coin flip.) you can tell the hosts spent a lot of time making the place cozy and inviting. if you’re looking for a place where you’d like to disconnect and spend time with that special someone i think you’ve found it.

My husband and I decided to take a little relaxing getaway. Upon recommendation, I booked my stay at The Modern Mt. Baker Cabin. When we arrived we were pleased with everything about our accommodations. The house was spotless and very cozy and the private hot tub was perfect!

Staying at Thomas and Amanda’s place was a dream! The perfect little getaway to a cabin in the woods but still close to the essentials and a short drive to Mount Baker for skiing and snowboarding. Will definitely be back in the future!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Cute cottage like vibes tucked away in the corner that made you feel like you were staying in the woods. Fire pit and hot tub were our favourite features and was able to got lots of use out of. Hot tub was clean and fully functional. The inside of the cabin was very clean and modern style, very comfy beds and furniture! Mount Baker was about an hour drive away, but a nice drive nonetheless. Went to a brewery close by for a beer and snack the one day which was nice to change things up. Thomas & Amanda listed some other food and coffee shops around the area which is great too! We hope to be back soon!

Cabin was overall great! Clean, comfortable and well maintained. We loved the hot tub and wished it wasn’t raining when we visited to take advantage of the fire pit. It’s about 45 mins away from Bellingham and most of the things we wanted to do was there so we made it work.
Good communication. Super clean, great amenities. Felt extremely private. Cozy. Just what we wanted. Would recommend.
Thomas was very quick to respond about issues and fixed everything himself! My friends and I had the best weekend relaxing here. I highly recommend! It's rare to find an air b and b that is beautiful inside and outside in scenary and has such great hosts. I would stay here again!

Our stay at the little red cabin was nothing short of exceptional. We had wanted to do a little weekend getaway in a deserted cabin in the woods and that was what we got. Our host, Thomas, answered all our questions promptly and was able to address our concerns immediately when we arrived at the cabin.
One thing to note: There is no separate back door that leads to the hot tub, the only way to get to the hot tub is through the main entrance. (we were under the impression there would be a closer way to get there, but this was not a problem for us at all!)
Overall we had a great time at the cabin and will definitely consider coming here for another trip!
Overall my stay at this cabin was quite enjoyable! The lack of service was a little hindering, but navigating out of and into town wasn’t very hard. Loved the aesthetic of the place, and the hot tub was very pleasant for the few minutes I had it without rain. Would come again!
We had a great time at the cabin for a couple days during our honeymoon! It’s on the end of a subdivision but feels private in the yard, especially with the barrier around the hot tub. The hot tub and lights were so lovely, the home was small but adequate, and there were some lovely hikes nearby. We had a great stay!

Stayed at the little red cabin for a couple of days, and while I was out hiking all day, it was amazing to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. There's not too much to explore within maple falls, but it's close to hiking trails, so it was great! 😃
We loved our stay here with our three littles while exploring Mt Baker. Kids loved roasting marshmallows and swimming in hot tub. Great spot to unwind after a nature trail.

Loved the hot tub and back yard. The beds were super cozy, with heaters in each room. After hiking all day we felt so cozy in this space.
Great access to Mt.Baker, highly recommend this hike. The local coffee shop Joe’s coffee is just 10 minutes down the road and so cute. You are close to Canada if you want to explore Washington and Canada. We loved our stay.

This is a GREAT spot! We did a bunch of hiking on Mount Baker, and exploring the area, and Thomas' house was SUCH a comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub is such a treat in a beautiful forest.
This is a sweet little spot. We love hiking Mt Baker and playing in the Nooksack River and Thomas' spot is close to both. The way the yard is set up under a big canopy of trees with lights, fire pit, and hot tub is just perfect for after a long day hiking or snowboarding. The house is small but has everything you need and is very nicely decorated and maintained. Definitely recommend this spot. Thanks Thomas!

Absolutely beautiful getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and the cabin is at the end of the lane, so you are able to fully relax and recharge. The cabin is beautiful - very clean and up to date inside. The furniture is comfortable and immaculately cleaned. The hot tub is so nice, with cozy lighting and seating and a privacy fence for complete comfort.
The area of course is great, about an hour to the top of Baker, 7 minutes from the North Fork Brewery which has amazing food.

Very cute spot, location was easy to find and convenient for our stay. The backyard is private and super cute. feels very homey and relaxing, the interior decor is done perfectly and feels very inviting. I stayed with my husband and 3 small children and the home was the perfect size. We loved it and if we're ever back would stay here in a heart beat !
The red cabin is simply adorable. It is exactly as the pictures show. It was immaculate and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely come back when we explore the North Cascades again. Absolutely loved it. The hosts were kind and responsive. It was new so a few kinks to work out but that did not detract from the wonderful experience we had.
